Your personal data is controlled by Ricardian Labs Ltd (RC 7947032), registered office 5, Ladipo Latinwo Crescent, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria, which runs Milo. We process it under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, BVN, transaction history and the messages you send Milo.

Why

To verify who you are, open and run your account, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. Your BVN is used only to confirm your name. It cannot move money.

Who we share it with

Our banking, card and payment partners, identity verification providers and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.

How we protect it

Your PIN is stored only in hashed form. Data is encrypted in transit.

Keeping and deleting

We keep data while your account is open and for as long as the law requires afterwards. To delete your account, open the menu in the app and choose Delete account. Your personal details are removed, except records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Ask in the app chat or write to support@milo.ng. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
